Our Home Décor items, will be ready to be shipped within 3-8 business days after the payment is complete- Unless the item is "custom made" or out of stock.

Our Jewelries items will be ready to be shipped within 3-14 business days after the payment is complete- Unless the item is "custom made" or out of stock.

If you're not sure your item will make it in time for a special occasion just message us! We usually respond right away.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Koncrita.
Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our studio in Tel-Aviv. -
If your delivery was "Unclaimed" (wrong address / no one was available to claim) and returned back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.

Shipping to Germany - please keep in mind there can be an additional week for arrival. There were cases in which deliveries have been delayed due to processing of the German postal service.

Shipments are made from Israel. Delivery times vary based on the product (as indicated on each product page) and the type of shipment you select.

Returns & exchanges policy:

All items has been carefully hand - crafted.

Due to the nature of concrete, no two pieces are exactly alike. Each piece has slight variances (bubbles/color). That is what makes each piece one of a kind.

If the item does not suit you, you can contact us, up to 30 days after you receive the package.

We accept returns, exchanges or cancellations (Except for "custom made"orders or Items on sale).

Please contact us and we will provide you with all the instructions for returning the item. Ship items back within: 60 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Conditions of return: To prepare your return shipment: Choose a standard package, or use the original package, place the unworn or undamaged product inside - Insert in the package the copy of the order’s invoice (which can be found in your email). Please be sure to pack the returned items properly, in order to avoid any damage.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging. Koncrita has the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Materials, Care & Maintenance

All concrete items are protected by a special protective layer that protects the product from dirt and/or stains.
-
The protective layer is suitable for indoor or outdoor decor.
-
The protective layer is depleted over the years and to maintain the product an additional layer of protection must be applied every few years.
-
To clean dirt from the concrete, wash it with neutral/ gentle soap (as a dishwashing liquid) with a soft cloth, wash with water and dry.

Do not wash concrete with alcohol or hard cleaning products.
-
It is not recommended to rub the surface with Scouring Pad such as Scotch-Bright in order to maintain the sealer and the surface of the concrete

Jewelry:

In order to protect, preserve and prolong the life of the jewelry, be sure not to shower with the jewelry, not to spray perfume/ alcohol on it.

Also, do not attach the gold / silver parts of the jewelry to cheap metals so that these parts will not turn black.

All concrete parts of the Jewelry are made from Concrete/ Concrete with Extra metal frosting in Gold/Red Gold/Silver Leaf, and protected by a special protective layer.

Black oxidized silver plated over
Chain Material: can be from Sterling Silver 925/ Gold plated 14k /Black
oxidized silver plated over brass/Dark plated.
Chain Length: These are our standard measurements. If you want a different length,

Metal Material: All Metal parts of the Rings are frome Gold plated 14k / silver
plated over brass.
Rings Diameter: Hoop Ring Diameter is Adjustable.
